What is your deposit and late policy?
A $25 deposit is required for all new clients and must be paid at the time of booking. You’ll also need to have a card on file to confirm your appointment. Recurring clients are not required to pay a deposit. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and we ask that you call ahead to confirm availability. No-call/no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
